I submit that my father's names 'Mayavanayagar, son of Sinouvassanayagar' and 'Mayavane, son of Sinivassacavoundar' and 'Sinivassanaiker' and 'Sinivassane' are refer to one and the same person that is my father.

I further submit that my mother's name Kirouchenaveny and Kichenavenyammalle and Kichenaveniammalle wife Mayavanayagar and Mayavane respectively refer to one and the same person i.e., my mother.

I further submit that I made this affirmation in lieu of proof of identity of my parents' and grand-father's names.
