ORDER
In the G.O. Ms. No. 33/LAS/2015, dated 9-3-2015 of Local Administration Secretariat, Puducherry, the High Powered Committee for the implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) in the Union Territory of Puducherry has been constituted.
2. In the Office Memorandum No.12/3/2015-SBM, dated 15-4-2015 of Directorate of Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, New Delhi, the Ministry of Urban Development has communicated the objective, composition, key tasks and functions of the District Level Review and Monitoring Committee for Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). In the Letter No.12/3/ 2015-SBM, dated 14-7-2015 of Director, Ministry of Urban Development, New Delhi, Hon'ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) has been nominated as Chairman to the District Level Review and Monitoring Committee.
(a) Hon'ble Member of Parliament . . Chairman (Lok Sabha).
(b) Hon'ble Member of Parliament . . Vice -Chairman (Rajya Sabha).
(c) Hon'ble Members of Legislative . . Member Assembly representing the Assembly Constituencies comprised in the Municipality of Karaikal.
(d) Chairperson/Authorised Officer . . Member of Karaikal Municipality.
(e) Deputy Director (MA) . . Member (f) One NGO to be nominated by . . Member the Chairman.
(g) One professional from the field . . Member of IEC with experience in the field of sanitation to be nominated by the Chairman.
(h) District Collector, Karaikal District. . . Member-
Secretary.
4. Duties of the committee :—
3. Based on the Government of India's guidelines, the District Level Review and Monitoring Committee in respect of Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) is constituted for the Districts of Puducherry and Karaikal as below :
The committee :
(a) Ensure implementation of programs in accordance with the guidelines.
(b) Review physical and financial progress of the Mission/Projects within the District.

(a) Hon'ble Member of Parliament . . Chairman (Lok Sabha).
(b) Hon'ble Member of Parliament . . Vice-Chairman (Rajya Sabha).
(c) Hon'ble Members of Legislative . . Member Assembly representing the Assembly Constituencies comprised in Puducherry, Oulgaret, Mahe and Yanam Municipalities.
(d) Chairperson/Authorised Officer . . Member of Municipalities of Puducherry, Oulgaret, Mahe and Yanam.
(e) Deputy Director (MA) . . Member (f) One NGO to be nominated by . . Member the Chairman.
(g) One professional from the field . . Member of IEC with experience in the field of sanitation to be nominated by the Chairman.
(h) District Collector, Puducherry . . Member- District. Secretary.
(c) Review the flow of funds including the funds allocated, funds released by both the Centre and the State utilisation and unspent balances.
(d) Undertake input monitoring (i.e., whether resources are being mobilised as planned) and output monitoring (i.e., whether services and assets are being delivered on schedule).
(e) Review bottlenecks in implementation of projects and the way forward.
(f) Ensure the selection of beneficiaries is strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the program.
(g) Should have the authority to summon and inspect any record, in case of any irregularity.
(h) May guide ULBs on the implementation of projects relating to infrastructure and services as well as implementation of IEC.
(i) Can recommend to the concerned ULBs, approaches to support implementation.
(j) May refer to the concerned department in the State Government for appropriate action in accordance with the recommendations of the committee.

(l) Will submit minutes of meetings/discussions held and its recommendations to the State Government.
5. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, Puducherry vide their U.O. No. 2087/15-16/F4, dated 26-8-2015.

It is hereby notified that the original S.S.L.C. Mark Certificate, under Register Number 349630 bearing Serial No. AA 5505656 of April 1998 session in respect of Tmt. Valarmathi G., an ex-pupil of Government Girls' High School, Kottucherry is reported to have been lost beyond the scope of recovery and it is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for purchase of unserviceable furniture and canteen articles mentioned in the Annexure belonging to Government Lower Primary School, Palloor North, Mahe
2. The tender in a sealed cover superscribing as "Tender for the purchase of unserviceble items" should be addressed to the Headmistress, Government Lower Primary School, Palloor North, Mahe so as to reach this office on or before l0 a.m. on 8-10-2015. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders, if any. Tender will be awarded to the highest bidder on the spot.
4. The tender will be conducted for all the items in a lot. Bidders those interested may inspect the items before they submit the tender to know the exact condition of the items kept on any working day.
5. The undersigned reserves right to cancel the tender without assigning any reasons thereof. Any breach of the rules of tender notice will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
6. The successful bidder should pay the amount of bid immediately after completion of the tender finalization and should remove the condemned items within two days (on working days only) at his own risk and expenses. Sales tax applicable will be collected extra.
7. No claim about the quantity, quality and the value of the sold goods will be admitted later.
