2. I submit that I got married with my husband namely Prabu on 2-2-2014. I submit that prior to marriage I was known and called as 'S. Athilakshmy' wherein, the initial 'S' stands for my father's name Selvam. The abovesaid name i.e., 'S. Athilakshmy' has been entered in all my Educational Records and in my Aadhar Card.
In the G.O. Ms. No. 47/2015-LD, dated 12th October 2015 of the Law Department, Government of Puducherry, the name mentioned therein "Thiru S. Sivakumar" may be corrected to read as "Thiru E. Sivakumar".
