I n p u r s u a n c e o f s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f s e c t i o n 3 3 o f t h e P u d u c h e r r y To wn a n d C o u n t r y P l a n n i n g Act, 1969 (Act No. 13 of 1970 ), read with rule 41 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Rules, 1974, notice is hereby given that the land use of the below mentioned land has been changed from its existing land use to other use as detailed in respective columns mentioned below, in the Statutory Comprehensive Development Plan of Yanam in accordance with the provisions contained in section 34 (2) of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 and d uly ap p r o ved b y t he Go ver nment o f P u d uche r r y a s r eq uir e d und er sec tio n 3 2 o f the said Act, vide G.O. Ms. No. 37/2015-Hg., dated 12-11-2015 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Government of Puducherry.
