I declare that the name with two different spellings, one is as 'P. Annadoure' and the other is as 'Annadurai' are one and the same referring the same person who is myself only and not any other person.

I further state that in the Judgment and Decree, passed by the III Additional District Munsif at Pondicherry in the suit under O.S.No. 543/2005, said my father's name has been mentioned as 'Vaitinadin @ Vaitilingam'.
