It is hereby notified that the original S.S.L.C. Mark Certificate, bearing Serial No. 6988341 under Register Number 567432, of March 2009 in respect of S. Saranya, a private candidate is reported to have been lost and beyond the scope of recovery, it is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the Director o f Go vernment Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.

Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing t h e w i n d i n g u p o f t h e a f f a i r s o f t h e P o n d i c h e r r y Storekeepers Staff Co-operative Housing Society Limited, No. P. 644;

And whereas, the financing bank was consulted in the matter of appointment of Liquidator, as required u n d e r s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f t h e s e c t i o n 1 2 7 o f t h e said Act;

And whereas, the said bank has no objection for the appointment of Liquidator to the said Society;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby appoint Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer, as the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the said Society, Thiru R. Rangababu, Liquidator shall


