GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 1. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash and the same will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders soon after the completion of auction.
2. The bidders who has quoted highest rate will be considered as successful bidder.
3. The successful bidders should pay the entire amount soon after completion of auction and should clear the auctioned old materials at his own arrangements before 5.00 p.m. on the same day failing which the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or loss or damage of articles once the auction is over.
4. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the applicable rate at the time of auction for the bid amount.
5. No claim on the quantity of the articles will be admitted once the auction is over.

Public auction is to be conducted for the sale of old/ unserviceable mortuary chamber of Government General Hospital, Yanam on 5-1-2016 at 3.30 p.m. in the premises of Government General Hospital, Yanam.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
8. Auction sale is subject to discretion to the undersigned whose decision will be final in case of any dispute.
