(ii) The promotion does not confer any right of the official for regular promotion and they may be reverted to their lower post at any point of time.

(iii) The promotion does not also confer any right upon the officer for making any claim for fortuitous right of seniority.

(iv) The promotion may be reviewed at any time even before the period of one year.

(v) The ad hoc Promotees should continue to look after the duties of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon already being held by them till the resultant vacant posts of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon are filled up by the Government as recommended by Union Public Service Commission.
