The objections so received within the specified time will be considered by the Karaikal Municipality in accordance with the rules.

3. In my Service Record, maintained by Government of Puducherry, my name has been entered as 'Edward'.

Identity Card and in my Family Ration Card. Now, I have changed my name as 'Philomina Gayathri'. Hereafter, I shall be known and called as 'Philomina Gayathri'. The names 'Gayathri' and 'Philomina Gayathri' refer to one and the same person that is myself. In the Court order (C.M.P. No. 326/2015, dated 27-1-2016) and in my Community Certificate issued by St. Francis Xavier Church, Uppalam, Puducherry-605 001, my name is mentioned as 'Philomina Gayathri'.
