If any one finds the original mark certificate(s), it/they may be sent to the Secretary, State Board of Secondary Examinations, College Road, Chennai – 600 006 for cancellation, as it is/they are no longer valid.

MEMORANDUM

On the recommendations of the Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi vide Letter No. F.No. F.1/6 (2)/ 2015-AP-4, dated 27-1-2016 received from the Under Secretary, UPSC, New Delhi, the following Deputy Directors, holding the post of Joint Directors on ad hoc basis are promoted and appointed to officiate as Joint Director on regular basis in the Planning and Research Department, Government of Puducherry with immediate effect:

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit in cash in the Office o f the Executive Engineer, Buildings and Roads (South) Division, Public Works Department, Puducherry on the date of auction.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tender ers will be refunded immediately after the tender is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected. Sealed tenders offering the rate p er items (excluding Sales tax) are invited by the undersigned for the sale of following condemned/unserviceable items/dead stock articles in as-is-where-is condition belonging to the office of the Executive Engineer, Buildings and Roads (South) Division, Public Works Department, Uppalam Road (opposite to water tank), Puducherry.
