4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed tenders, the open auction will be conducted at 11.30 a.m. on 21-4-2016.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit with this office while submitting the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tenders are finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount of bid immediately and take delivery of all the enclosed items within 24 hours.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.

11. The condemnation of obsolete/unserviceable articles can be inspected during office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
