NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 2 of the Puducherry Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1969 (Act No. 5 of 1969) and in supersession of the Notification issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 26, dated 21st March 2013 of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Puducherry published in the Gazette No. 14, dated 2nd April 2013, save as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducher ry has been p leased to ap point the Jud icial Officer s mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions of the Controller under the said Act in respect of the corresponding areas mentioned in column (3) of the said Table, namely :—
