NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an industrial dispute has arisen between the management of M/s. UCAL Fuel Systems Limited, PIPDIC Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Puducherry and its workman Thiru R. Manohar, over non-employment;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section

NOTIFICATION

O n a t t a i n i n g t h e a g e o f s u p e r a n n u a t i o n , Thiru M. Gunasekaran, Pondicherry Civil Service (Selection Grade) Officer presently working as Director, Department of Women and Child Development, Puducherry shall retire from service on the afternoon of 31-5-2016.

Puducherry, the 20th May 2016.

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication.

The Labour Court, Puducherry shall submit the award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957.

The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rates per lots of old/condemned furniture, dead stock items and other items available in the following Government Primary Schools under the control of Deputy inspector of Schools-Zone II, Puducherry for sale by the undersigned in as-is where-is condition.

and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

Terms and conditions

(a) Whether the dispute raised by Thiru R. Manohar, against the management of M/s. UCAL Fuel Systems Limited, PIPDIC Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Puducherry over his non-employment is justified, or not?

If justified, what relief the petitioner is entitled to?

(b) To compute the relief, if any, awarded in terms of money, if it can be so computed?

2. Tenders received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.

3. The intend ing tenderers should dep osit an amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit before submission of tender.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/ finalised.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final in case of any dispute.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of the unserviceable furniture and dead stock items will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the furniture and dead stock items during the office hours on any working day in the respective Government Primary Schools, Puducherry with the permission of the Headmaster concerned.

9. The sale will be effected only to the highest tender.

10. The Government in no way is held responsible for the safe custody of the articles once the auction is confirmed.

11. The Sales tax as per the rate in force will be charged extra on the amount finalised.

Tejaswi Rajalakshmi' found in my Bona fide Certificate issued by the Director-cum-Principal, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College, Madagadipet, Puducherry, the name 'B. Tejaswi Rajalakshmi' found in my Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority, Government of India bearing No. 6348 0945 6389 and the name 'B. Tejaswi Rajalakshmi' found in my College Identity Card issued by the Director, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College, Madagadipet, Puducherry.

That my name 'Tejaswi (↔)' is mentioned in my Family Ration Card No. 175693 issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.

That my name is mentioned in my Birth Certificate as 'Rajalakshmi' and the name mentioned in all the above certificates as 'B. Tejaswi Rajalakshmi' and the name mentioned in the Family Ration Card as 'Tejaswi (↔)'. That I state, all the three names are refer to one and the same person that is myself the deponent herein. Hereafter, I will be called as 'B. Tejaswi Rajalakshmi' only.

Further, I hereby declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds and writings and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions, private as well as upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of 'B. Tejaswi Rajalakshmi' as my name in place and in substitution of my former name.
