In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rul es, 1 9 7 6 , p r o mulga ted i n th is Un io n Ter r i to r y b y t he P u d uch er r y Vill age a nd Co mmun e P an chayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the abovesaid industry are invited to reach the undersigned within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections, so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

That my name is registered as 'Ilanchezhian' in my Birth Certificate under Registration No. 141 issued by the Thirunallar Commune Panchayat.

That my name is mentioned as 'Elanchezhian. P' in my Transfer Certificate Serial No. 56441 issued by Government Higher Secondary School, Thirunallar.

That my name is entered as 'Elanchezhian. P' in my Secondary School Leaving Certificate under Registration No. 360283 issued by the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Tamil Nadu.

That my name is mentioned as 'Elanchezhian' in my Aadhaar Card No. 6724 7447 6145 issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.
