Taken cognizance under section 20 (2) of the Legal Services Authorities Act (Act 39/87) 1. I.D.(L) No .73/2012 on the file of Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court was filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent management to provide the employment to the petitioner with full backwages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits and for costs.
2. We are satisfied that the settlement is arrived by both out of their free will and volition.
3. This case is referred to the Lok Adalat, organised by the State Legal Services Authority under section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act (Act 39/87) and after full and frank discussion of all issues, an Award is passed as follows:
AWARD
1. It is ordered and decreed:
(i) That the ID (L) No. 73/2012 be and the same is hereby closed.
(ii) Both the petitioner and the respondent compromised the matter and mutually arrived at a settlement before the National Lok Adalat in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties, this claim petition is dismissed.
2. That this Award of the Lok Adalat shall be deemed to be a Decree of the Civil Court as per section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

Taken cognizance under section 20 (2) of the Legal Services Authorities Act (Act 39/87) 1. I.D.(L) No .27/2011 on the file of Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court was field by the petitioner to direct the respondent management to provide the employment to the petitioner with full backwages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits and for costs.
2. We are satisfied that the settlement is arrived by both out of their free will and volition.
3. This case is referred to the Lok Adalat organised by the State Legal Services Authority under section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act (Act 39/87) and after full and frank discussion of all issues, an Award is passed as follows:
AWARD
1. It is ordered and decreed:
(i) Both the Petitioners/Workers and the respondent management mutually agreed to settle the dispute and accordingly filed a compromise memo and recorded. In terms of compromise two workers namely (i) Sivaraman, S/o. Sivalingam, (ii) Shanmugam S/o. Muthusamy and the legal representative of the deceased worker, namely Thillai @ Iyyanar have agreed to receive a sum of ` 1,05,000 each as full and final settlement and the respondent management has also consented to pay this amount. Accordingly, this dispute is settled between the parties and consequently this industrial dispute is dismissed. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the Decree.
(ii) That the ID(L) No. 27/2011 be and the same is hereby dismissed.
2. That this Award of the Lok Adalat shall be deemed to be a Decree of the Civil Court as per section 21 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
