GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY

ORDER
The Government of Puducherry has decided to entrust the task of admission to various Postgraduate programmes for the Academic year 2016-17 to be carried out by a Centralised Admission Committee-Postgraduate Courses (CENTAC-PG), Puducherry. The various programmes are M.Tech., M.Sc., M.Phil., M.C.A. and M.B.A. being offered by Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry and various Unaided Private Professional Institutions functioning in the Union territory of Puducherry. The admission shall be carried out by the CENTAC-PG for the seats in the Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry and for the Government quota seats allocated in various Unaided Private Professional Institutions.
2. The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to order the constitution of Centralised Admission Committee-Postgraduate Courses (CENTAC-PG) for admission to various abovesaid Postgraduate Professional Programmes for the academic year 2016-17.

(4) Dr. R. Manoharan, Professor, Department of Computer Science . . Co-ordinator (CENTAC-M.Tech., and Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College. M.Sc. and M.Phil.).
(5) Dr. E. Ilavarasan, Professor, Department of Computer Science . . Co-ordinator (CENTAC-M.C.A.) and Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College.
(6) D r. A. S e l v a r a j u , P r o f e s s o r a n d H e a d o f D e p a r t me n t , . . Co-ordinator (CENTAC-M.B.A.) Mechanical Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College.
(7) Principal, Pondicherry Engineering College . . Convenor (CENTAC-PG) 4. Convenor and Co-ordinators :
In order to Co-ordinate and regulate the various activities connected with admission to the abovesaid courses for the academic year 2016-17, Dr. T. Sundararajan, Principal, Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry shall be the Convenor, CENTAC-PG, Dr. R. Manoharan, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry shall be the Co-ordinator for CENTAC-PG (M.Tech., M.Sc., and M.Phil.), Dr. E. Ilavarasan, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry, shall be the Co-ordinator for CENTAC-PG (M.C.A.) and Dr. A. Selvaraju, Professor and Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering, Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry shall be the Co-ordinator for CENTAC-PG (M.B.A.). They shall be in-charge for the counselling and admission of the respective courses.
5. The eligibility criteria and procedure for the admission of candidates to various Postgraduate Programmes shall be notified separately.
