ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 77 of the Puducherry Value Added Tax Act, 2007 (Act No. 9 of 2007) and all other powers enabling in this behalf and in supersession of the Order No. 1793/CTD/VAT/2013, dated 5th June, 2013 published in Extraordinary Part-I, Gazette of Puducherry No. 39, dated 6th June, 2013, the Union Territory level "Authority for Clarification and Advance Rulings" is hereby reconstituted with the following officers, namely:—
(i) Deputy Commissioner (CT) . . Chairperson
(ii) Commercial Tax Officer (IW) . . Member
(iii) Commercial Tax Officer (HQ) . . Member-Secretary.
2. This order shall come into force with immediate effect
