The content at para 2 mentioned in the G.O. Ms. No. 3/PRD/2015, dated 6-7-2015 of Planning and Research Department, Puducherry shall be corrected to be read as follows:

Accordingly, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to accord approval to the merger of two posts namely, Planning Officer and Deputy Director having the identical Pay Scale in the Pay Band of ` 9,300 - 34,800 with Grade Pay of ` 4,600 into single entity as Deputy Director (Group 'B' – Gazetted) in the Pay Band of ` 9,300 - 34,800 with Grade Pay of ` 4,600 with immediate effect from 1-1-2006.

2. Subsequently, suitable amendments shall be made in the relevant Recruitment Rules.
