ORDER
In continuation of this Department's G.O. Ms. No. 33/2013-DP&AR-I/SS.II(2), dated 17-6-2013, the tentative seniority list of Upper Division Clerks who were appointed subsequently was circulated to all concerned vide this Department's Memorandums No. A-23017/2/2013-DPAR/SS.II(2), dated 29-7-2013 and No. A-11019/ 12010-DPAR/SS.II(2), dated 17-10-2014, calling for objections if any and informing them that if no objections were received, their seniority would be fixed as indicated in the Annexure therein;
2. After consideration of the objections so received, the final seniority of Upper Division Clerks is fixed as indicated in the Annexure to this order;
3. In case, any of the officials mentioned in the Annexure is not working in the Department, as mentioned therein, a copy of this communication may be transmitted to the Department/Office to which the offcial has been transferred subsequently, under intimation to this Department.

V. Vizeaveny, Member of Legislative Assembly, Puducherry as Chairperson of the Puducherry Distilleries Limited, Puducherry, initially for a period of one year, with immediate effect, subject to the following conditions:
1. Chairperson shall strive towards making the Institution profitable.
2. Chairperson shall be a non-executive Chairperson who will preside over Meetings of the Board, etc.
5. Only files relating to the policy decisions taken in the Board or proposed to be taken will be sent to the Chairperson. Other administrative and financial files will be terminated at the level of the Managing Director.
6. She shall not be entitled to any fee or remuneration.
7. She will be entitled to engage personal staff on co-terminus basis strictly as per the scale notified by Government.
8. The performance of the statutory body under the leadership of the newly appointed Chairperson shall be renewed before considering her continuance.
9. A mid-term measurable performance appraisal of the Institution shall also be carried out engaging professional in the field after six months.

The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of `500 (Rupees Five hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit (EMD) along with the tender up to 1.00. p.m. on 8-8-2016. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately soon after the tender is over.
4. The waste papers may be inspected during the office hours on any working day.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time prescribed will summarily be rejected.
6. No claims on the quality and quantity of the articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
7. T he successful tend er er sho uld remo ve the waste papers at his own cost within 24 hours of acceptance of his tender after remitting the total cost of waste papers and Sales tax thereon at the prevailing rules. Waste papers shall be weighed in the presence of the official of this department after verifying the contents in the bags.
