9. The highest acceptable responsive tenderer/bidder should collect the said items by remitting the full payment of actual cost of the items along with taxes on sales thereon as per applicable rate, failing which the earnest money deposit will not be refunded.
10. The highest acceptable responsive tenderer/ bidder will be intimated and he should collect the items within 24 hours at their own cost after the tender-cum-auction sale is over and the office will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or any loss/damage of the items.
