2. The State Task Force is responsible for overall supervision and monitoring to the implementation of the scheme in the Union Territory. The Department of Women and Child Development is put with the responsibility of Coordinating all the activities related to implementation of the Scheme. The Programme Officer, The Department of Women and Child Development and the State Project Coordinator, State Resource Centre for Women will provide technical and Coordination support for implementation of the State Action Plan.
3. The District Task Force is responsible for effective implementation, monitoring and supervision of the District Action Plan. The Welfare Officer, Yanam will provide technical support and guidance for formulation and implementation of the District Action Plan.

Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is hereby accorded for signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Chennai Port Trust, Chennai and Pondicherry Port functioning under the Government of Puducherry for development and operation of the minor port at Puducherry.
2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O. No. 1343/F4/2016, dated 9-6-2016.
