RETENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

1. Tenders superscribing on the envelope as "Retender for the purchase of unused Firewoods" should reach the Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal on or before 14-10-2016 at 4.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers, if any.

2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) while submitting the tender.

4. Tenders received after the stipulated date and

time will not be accepted.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the firewoods during the office hours on any working day in the respective Government Schools of Karaikal with the permission of the Headmasters' concerned.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount immediately and remove the articles at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. No claim about the quantity and quality of the articles will be entertained once the tender is finalized.

10. In case of dispute if any, the decision of the undersigned will be final and binding in all concerned.

6. The Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
