Whereas, Dry Days have been declared throughout Unio n terr itory of Puducherry inadvertently vide No tification No. 2873/DCE/SQD/ELE/2016, dated the 8th November 2016 to ensure peaceful conduct of Election, published in the Extraordinary Gazette Part-I No. 145, dated 10-11-2016;

Now, therefore, the undersigned having been seized of the matter and being of the impression that it is necessary to issue corrigendum to restrict the Dry Days in the Puducherry region alone.
