Further, I depose that in my son's Aadhaar Card under No. 5431 5798 7958, his name is entered as 'Mohamed Javeed Basha'. In my Family Ration Card No. 070872 issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry, my son's name is written as '↔ (Mohamed Javeed Basha)'. The name registered in Primrose School in Oulgrate, Puducherry is Mohamed Javeed Basha'. So, the names 'Mohamed Shabbeer @ Mohamed Javeed Basha' are refer to one and the same person o f my s o n o n l y. H e r e a ft e r, h e wi l l b e c a l l e d as 'Mohamed Javeed Basha' only.
