in G.O. Ms. No. 125/82-HEW (HW), dated 10th November 1982 of the
Health, Electricity and Works Department, Puducherry and published
in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary No. 49, dated 7-12-1982
of the Government of Pondicherry (hereinafter referred to as the said
rules), namely:—
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, in rule 4, for the words and figures "Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only)", the words and figures " ` 15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand only)" shall be substituted. The Financial Assistance
shall be released by (Aadhaar Payment Bridge) APB/ECS.
2. This notification shall be come into force with effect from
the date of issue.
3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department
vide their I.D. No. 2109/FC/FD/F5/A2/2016, dated 11-10-2016.
