TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the lease of usufructs at ESI Hospital campus, Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the duration of lease period of the lease of usufructs are given in the Annexure.

2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted for all trees in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as "Tender for lease of usufructs" should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, P ud ucher ry and sent to this o ffice o n o r b efor e 22-2-2017 (Wednesday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers those who are present at that time. If, the day for opening the tender happens to be a public holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the same time on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed tenders, the o pen auctio n will be co nducted at 11 . 15 a.m. on 22-2-2017 (Wednesday).

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit with this office while submitting the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender/ auction sale is finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount of bid immediately and usufructs will be maintained at his own risk and expenses.

10 . Sales tax at the rate ap plicable will be co llected extr a.

11 . The usufructs trees can be inspected during office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items will be entertained after opening the tenders.
