NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of rule 5 of the Rules and Regulations of the Karaikal Krishi Vigyan Kendra Society, read with para VII (13) of Memorandum of Association of the said Society, approval of the Government is hereby conveyed to nominate the following three farmers to represent the farming community in the "Governing Body" of the Karaikal Krishi Vigyan Kendra Society, namely:-

(i) Thiru K.S. Shanmuganathan,

S/o. Subramania Mudaliar, 5, Abirami Amman Koil North Street, T.R.Pattinam, Karaikal.

(ii) Thiru G. Selvamani, S/o. Ganapathi, 7/1, Nadutheru, Sethur, Karaikal.

(iii) Thiru P. Pethaperumal, S/o. Packirisamy, Main Road, Nallathur, Karaikal.

2. The term of office of the above three members of the "Governing Body" shall be for three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

The intending tend erers should submit the ir tender in sealed cover superscribed with the words "Tender for the usufructs trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady".

6. The tender should be in whole of rupees only.

The tenders from those who are kept in arrears to this office as on 12-4-2017 will not be accepted.

7. (i) The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of `250 (Rupees two hundred and }|{

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY fifty only) in cash as earnest money deposit alongwith the tender. The earnest money deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers as and when the tender process is completed.

(ii) The successful tenderer should remit the DIRECTORATE OF INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE balance of tender amo un t immed iate ly, b y Puducherry, the 24th March 2017.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for taking on lease of usufructs of 1 (one) Jack fruit tree, 3 (three) Silk cotton trees, 10 (ten) Mango trees and 2 (two) Tamarind trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-9 for the period upto 31-12-2017.

2. The tenders should reach the Office of the Director of Industries and Commerce, Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 on or before 12-4-2017 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened by the Deputy Director of I nd ustr ies and Commerce in this office at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers who choose to be present.

3. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

4. The intending tenderers may inspect the usufructs trees in the Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry d e d u c t i n g t h e earnest money deposit amount.

(iii) An acceptance letter shoud be provided by the successful tenderer within a week time. Only after receipt of the same, the successful tenderer w o u l d be allowed to enjoy the usufructs.

8. If, the tender opening date i.e., 12-4-2017 happens to be a holiday, the tenders will be accepted on the next working day upto 3.00 p.m. and will be opened at 3.30 p.m. by Deputy Director of Industries and Commerce.

9. This office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

10. If, any dispute arises in this regard, the decision of the Director of Industries and Commerce, Puducherry will be the final.
