7. The successful tenderer should make his own arrangements to weigh the old newspapers, magazines, answer scripts and empty gunny bags.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old newspapers in the stores section and Schools during the office hours on all working days from 3-4-2017 onwards.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the tender/tenders without assigning any reason therefor.
