Under sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Pondicherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land)
Act, 1973 (Act No. 9 of 1974)
The Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry hereby notifies that the surplus land specified in the Schedule below, is required for a public purpose. If, any further details about the land are required, they can be had from the Office of the Authorized Officer, during office hours.
