ORDER
In pursuance of the Order, dated 3-3-2017 in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1023/2016 titled 'Rishabh Duggal and Another Vs. The Bar Council of India and Another ' of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the following modification is issued to the G.O. Ms. No. 12, dated 11-5-2017 of the Chief Secretariat (Higher and Technical Education), Puducherry.
2. The norms prescribed in the CENTAC Information Bulletin, under the age criteria 'Upper age-limit' for the admission of candidates to B.A., LL.B., and LL.B. degree courses offered in Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Puducherry for the Academic year 2017-18 is modified as detailed below:
