NOTIFICATION
In partial Modification of the notification in G.O. Ms. No. 34/LAS/A4/2015, dated 25-3-2015 of Local Administration Secretariat, Government of Puducherry and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of sub-section (2) of section 208 of the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, it is pleased to designate Thiru G. Malar Kannan, Director of Industries, Puducherry, in the place of Thiru S. Rajamanickam, Deputy Collector (Revenue) (South), Villianur, Puducherry (now on deputation as Private Secretary to Hon'ble Chief Minister, Puducherry) to exercise all the powers and performe the functions and duties conferred and imposed upon the Commune Panchayat Councils and Village Panchayat Standing Committee or other Committees of Commune Panchayat President, Vice-President and other authorities by or under the provisions of the said Acts or any other Law for the time being in force in respect of Puducherry region.
2. Other conditions remain same and unaltered.
