Sealed tenders offering the rate are invited for sale of old/unserviceable articles mentioned in the Annexure belonging to the Office of the Deputy Director (IEC), Department of Health and Family Welfare Services, Near Assembly, Puducherry in as-is-where-is condition at Gorimedu CGP Complex. The details of materials are furnished hereunder.

6. No claim about the condition of the materials will be admitted once the tender sale is over.
7. Intending tenderers can inspect the items during office hours with the permission of the undersigned.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
