AMENDMENT
(i) In the Schedule appended to the said notification, for the
entries under column (3) against Serial No. 1, the following words and
figures shall be substituted, namely:-
"(a) Cheap brands whose declared price per . . ` 75.00
case is up to ` 399.
(b) Ordinary brands whose declared price . . ` 90.00
per case is between ` 400 and ` 599.
(c) Medium and premium brands whose . . ` 100.00 ";

(ii) In the Schedule appended to the said notification, in the
entries under column (3) against Serial No. 3, for the words and figures
"` 15.00 per bulk litre", the words and figures "` 20.00 per bulk litre" shall be substituted.
(iii) In the Schedule appended to the said notification, in the
entries under column (3) against Serial No. 4, for the word and figures
"` 450.00", the word and figures "` 600.00" shall be substituted.
