NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited for the allotment of Plots at Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry and at Rural Industrial Estate, Kattukuppam, Puducherry. p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers who are present at that time in the chamber of the undersigned.
3. The intending tenderers should remit a sum of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) as earnest money deposit in cash. The same will be refunded to the I. Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry Four Plots measuring 4,500, 4,100, 2,600 and 1,500 sq. fts.

5. The selected tenderer should make his own arrangement for weighing and should pay the total cost of all the old newspapers and rules books plus Sales tax immediately and remove the same at his own expense within 24 hours failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. No claim on the quality/ quantity will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
6. The undersigned reserves the rights to accept or reject any bid or to postpone the tender sale without assigning any reason thereof.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
