ORDER
In pursuance of the advice of the Reserve Bank of India vide Letter No. 2243/08.03.01/2016-17, dated 06-03-2017 of the General Manager, Internal Debt Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai, the Lieutenant- Governor of Puducherry is pleased to amend the "General Notification" on issue of Government Securities issued vide this Department's Notification in G. O. Ms. No. 1/FD(W&M)/2008, dated 08-01-2008 published in Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry No. 1, dated 09-01-2008, as detailed below:-

In the said G.O., for para 6.1 (iii), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
6.1 Issue of Securities through auction
(iii) An applicant may submit more than one bid at same/different rates of yield or prices, as the case may be, through separate application for each bid. The aggregate amount of bids submitted by a person should not exceed the aggregate amount of securities offered for sales.
