NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, read with the Notification No. F.5/4/65-GP., dated 11th January, 1965 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi and in partial modification of the Department of Rural Development, Government of Puducherry notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 3, dated 12th November, 2013 and published as a Supplement of the Gazette No. 47 of the 19th November, 2013, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of Puducherry, Rural Development Department, Group 'B' Non-Gazetted and Non- Ministerial post of Joint Block Development Officer Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.— (i) These rules may be called the Government of Puducherry, Rural Development Department, Group 'B' Non-Gazetted and Non- Ministerial post of Joint Block Development Officer Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule-2.— In the Government of Puducherry, Rural Development Department, Group 'B' Non-Gazetted and Non- Ministerial post of Joint Block Development Officer Recruitment Rules, 2013, in the existing rule 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of post, its classifications and Level in the Pay Matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed hereto."
3. Amendment of the Schedule.— In the Schedule to the Government of Puducherry, Rural Development Department, Group 'B' Non-Gazetted and Non- Ministerial post of Joint Block Development Officer Recruitment Rules, 2013, -
(a) In column 4, for the column heading and entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"4. Level in the Pay Matrix: Level - 6"
(b) In column 11, the Note (4), shall be omitted.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, read with the Notification No. F.5/4/65-GP., dated 11th January, 1965 of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi and in partial modification of the Department of Industrial Development (Tourism), Government of Puducherry notification issued in G. O. Ms. No. 6/2013/Tsm., dated 29th April, 2013 and published as a Supplement to the Gazette No. 20 of the 14th May, 2013, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' (Non-Gazetted - Non-Ministerial) post of Room Attendant Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' (Non-Gazetted - Non-Ministerial) post of Room Attendant Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. For rule 2 of the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' post of Room Attendant Recruitment Rules, 2013, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of post, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed hereto".
3. Amendment of the Schedule.— In the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' (Non- Gazetted - Non-Ministerial) post of Room Attendant Recruitment Rules, 2013,-
(a) in the Schedule in column (4)
(i) for the column heading, the column heading "Level in Pay Matrix" shall be substituted.
(ii) for the entries, the entries "Level-1" shall be substituted.

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' (Non-Gazetted - Non-Ministerial) post of House keeper Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. For rule 2 of the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' post of House keeper Recruitment Rules, 2013, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. Number of post, its classification and Level in the Pay Matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed hereto".
3. Amendment of the Schedule.— In the Government of Puducherry, Tourism Department, Group 'C' (Non- Gazetted - Non-Ministerial) post of House keeper Recruitment Rules, 2013.-
(a) in the Schedule in column (4)
(i) for the column heading, the column heading "Level in Pay Matrix" shall be substituted.
(ii) for the entries, the entries "Level-2" shall be substituted.
(b) In the said rules, in the Schedule, for the existing entries against (11),
(i) Note: (2) shall be deleted.
(ii) Note: (1) shall be substituted as "Note"
