Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rate per lot of old/condemned furniture items available in the Office of the Vice-Principal, NSC Bose Government Higher Secondary School, Thalatheru, Karaikal mentioned below, by the undersigned as-is- where-is condition.

The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest money deposit before submission of tenders.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/ finalised.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or the items without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final in case of any dispute.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of the unserviceable furniture items will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old items during the office hours on any working days in the NSC Bose Government Higher Secondary School, Thalatheru, Karaikal with the p er missio n o f the Vice-Principal between 10.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m. from 24-11-2017 to 14-12-2017.

11. The Sales tax as per the rate in force will be charged extra on the amount finalised.

12. The tender will be opened on 15-12-2017 by 11.15 a.m. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.

13. Any incomplete tender received is liable for rejection.
