6. She shall not be entitled to any fee or remuneration.
7. Chairperson will be entitled to engage personal staff on co-terminus basis strictly as per the scale notified by Government.
8. The performance of the Statutory Body under the leadership of the newly appointed Chairperson shall be reviewed.
9. A mid-term measurable performance appraisal of the institution shall also be carried out engaging professional in the field after six months.

The rates should be quoted for each item as follows:
