National Security Act, 1980 (Central Act 65 of 1980), directing that the District Magistrate, Puducherry and Karaikal may also, if satisfied, as provided in sub-section (2) of the said section, exercise the powers conferred by the said sub-section for a period of three months from 28th October, 2017.
