Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any Criminal Case is under process, is not eligible for participating in the Tender-cum-Auction. Any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by them/him will be cancelled and their/ his earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place of auction, also his/their tender will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

9. The earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be discharged/returned immediately.

10. Any other person than the tenderer or his authorised person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tenders/auction.

11. Acceptance of the tender will be intimated to the successful tenderer after finalisation of the tender. Successful tenderer only will be allowed to clear/ remove the materials.

12. The successful tenderer should pay the cost of articles plus applicable Sales tax/GST and make his own arrangements to clear/remove the articles immediately. Otherwise the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

13. This office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles. Once the tender is finalised, no claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
