Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are invited for purchase of old newspapers (Tamil and English) belonging to the Government ITI for Women, T.R. Pattinam, Karaikal.

T h e sealed t e n d e r s should be addressed to The Principal, Government ITI for Women, Thittacherry Road, T.R. Pattinam, Karaikal-609 606 on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers" and sent to reach him on or before 3.00 p.m. on 26-3-2018. The tenders will be opened at 3.30. p.m. on the same day in presence of the tenderers, if any, by the undersigned.

7. The successful tenderer will not be allowed to avoid purchase of any portion of the old newspapers.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 300 (Rupees three hundred only) as earnest money deposit on the date of tender sale and the earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the newspapers will be admitted once the tender sale is finalised.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the old newspapers during the office hours on any working day with the permission of the undersigned.

9. The undersigned reserves every right to accept or reject any tender or to postpone the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

11. Rate should be mentioned for each item

separately.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount immediately along with Sales tax, if any, and clear all the items sold within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited into the Puducherry Government account.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed/Open tenders offering the rates are invited for sale of old newspapers/unserviceable articles/ scraps mentioned in the Annexure belonging to the Office of the Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Puducherry in "as-is-where-is" condition by tender-cum-public auction on 27-02-2018 in this Office.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender/bid without assigning any reason thereof. If, the tender date falls on any holiday, the next working day will be the date of tender/auction sale.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Labour Officer, Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Puducherry, superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers/unserviceable articles/ scraps" and send to reach the undersigned on or before 27-02-2018 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders received will be opened at 4.00 p.m on the same day in the presence of the tenderers, if any, in the Office of the Labour Officer, Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Puducherry.

2. The highest rate quoted will be treated as minimum upset price and then public auction will be started immediately.

3. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash with the Office of the Labour Officer, Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Puducherry before the commencement of auction. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers/bidders will be refunded immediately after the tender/auction sale is over.
