AMENDMENT
1. Short title and commencement.— (i) These rules may be called
the Ulema Pension Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect
from the date of this notification.
2. Amendment of rule 6.— In the Ulema Pension Scheme Rules,
2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 6, for the existing
symbol, figures and words "` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only), the
following shall be substituted, namely.- "` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand
only)".
3. Amendment of Form-B (Sanction Order).— In the said rules,
in Form - B, (Sanction Order), for the existing symbol, figures and words,
"` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only), the following shall be substituted,
namely.- "` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only)".
4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department,
