TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited for sale of old obsolete and unserviceable items mentioned in the Annexure belonging to the Office of NCC Group Headquarters, Lawspet, Puducherry.
9. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the cost of articles plus applicable GST and make his own arrangements to clear/remove the articles immediately, otherwise the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
10. No claim about the condition and value of the stores will be admitted once the auction sale is finalised.
11. Sales tax/GST at the rate applicable will be remitted by the successful bidder to the Commercial Tax Department, Puducherry.
Terms and conditions
1. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash towards earnest money deposit with this office on or before 12-04-2018 at 10.00 a.m. Only those persons who have deposited earnest money and holding GST Registration Number will be allowed to participate in the tender/auction.
12. The intending bidders may inspect the stores during office hours with prior permission of the undersigned.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.

2. The tenders in sealed cover superscibing as "Tender for old, obsolete and unserviceable items" should be addressed to the Administrative Officer, NCC Group Headquarters, Lawspet, Puducherry-605 008 and send to this office on or before 12-04-2018 Thursday at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers those who are present at that time.
3. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed tender, the open auction will be conducted at 12.00 noon on 12-04-2018 Thursday.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded immediately after the auction sale is finalised.
5. T he t en d e r - c u m - a uc t i o n wil l b e c o n d u ct e d lot-wise and knocked down in favour of the highest bidder. The successful bidder should pay the full amount immediately and remove the articles within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost during office hours, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders/bids without assigning any reason therefor.
7. The Government will in no way be held responsible for the safe custody of the stores once the auction sale is confirmed.
8. The following self attested photocopy of the documents/certificates must be enclosed along with the tender.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are invited for (sale/clearing) from the local bidders for the following old items belonging to the NCC Group Headquarters, Puducherry.

T h e sealed t e n d e r s should be addressed to the NCC Group Headquarters, Puducherry, duly superscribing on the envelope "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers, magzines, waste papers" and to reach the undersigned on or before 11.00 a.m. on 11-4- 2018. The tenders will be opened at 4.00. p.m. on the same day, in the presence of the tenderers present in the Office of the NCC Group Headquarters, Puducherry.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit on or before 11-4-2018 at 12.00 noon .
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately soon after the tender/auction sale is over.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
