Further, I submit that my name has been mentioned in my B.A. Degree Transfer Certificate issued by the Institute of Correspondence Education, Madras University vide Enrolment No. 91UEC1329 as 'Angalappan' and after correction spelt correctly as 'Angalappin'.

Further, I submit that the names 'Angalappin', 'Angalappan' and 'Angalappain' are refer to one and the same person i.e., myself only.

I am making this affidavit for the proof and publish my name as 'Angalappin'.

I sworn in and to state that what are all stated here is true and that I have not suppressed any fact for the purpose of this affidavit. I undertake to face any legal consequences in the event of the facts stated herein proved to be false.
