notify the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal as the Real Estate

Appellate Tribunal for the Union territory of Puducherry to hear and

dispose of appeals relating to Union territory of Puducherry filed under

the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
