AFFIDAVIT

I, Ramin, son of Marimouttou-Mouniammalle, who has been resided at Meenakshipet, Oulgaret Municipality, Puduvai State, residing at No. 1, Kamaraj Street, Shanmugapuram, Puducherry, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

I hereby declare that the father of my grandfather 'Mouttousamy Mudaliar' expired and his wife name is Thangatchiammalle @ Unnamaleammalle. His son Arounaguiry Mudaliar born at Puduvai State, Nettappakkam during 1878. In the Document of the property situated at Kadhirkamam, which my grandfather Arounaguiry son of Mouttousamy Mudaliar purchased during the year 1924 bearing R.S. No. 173/2, Cadastre No. 1395 to 1403, his father's name has been mentioned as 'Mouttousamy Mudaliar'. In the Birth Certificate of his son Marimouttou Mudaliar (1923), his great grandfather name has been mentioned as 'Soccalingamodely'. These both the names 'Mouttousamy Mudaliar' and 'Soccalingamodely' belongs to my father of grandfather only.
