It is hereby notified that the original S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet bearing Register Number 1749634, of April 2012 in respect of Jayasri G, an ex-pupil of Sacret Heart of Public are hereby informed that the unserviceable articles of this office as listed in the Annexure will be disposed off in as-is-where-is condition by tender-cum- auction sale on 25-10-2018 at 11.30 a.m.
Terms and Conditions
Jesus High School, Puducherry, is reported to have been lost beyond the scope of recovery and is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If, the original certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-600 006 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.
1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the "Senior Accounts Officer, Office of the Council of Ministers, Puducherry" duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for purchase of unserviceable/ unserviceable Electronic items" and should reach this office on or before 25-10-2018 at 10.30 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 11.00 a.m. on the same day

On the recommendations of the High Court of Judicature at Madras and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to appoint Thiru C. Kumarsaravanan, District Judge, functioning as Judge, Family Court, Puducherry, as the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Puducherry for the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry for the purposes of the said Act.
2. The notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 28th day of June, 2018 forenoon.
(By order of the Lieutenant-Governor) undersigned, then the public auction will be conducted on the spot keeping the highest tender amount as the minimum upset price for bid of auction.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) along with sealed tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the same day soon after completion of the tender/auction sale.
5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/ auction sale and should clear the sold materials at his own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day, failing which the office will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.
6. GST will be charged extra as per the sale applicable at the time of tender/auction sale.

12. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been punished under Criminal Precedence Code/IPC or any criminal case is under process, are/is not eligible for participating in the tender-cum-auction process. Any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by them/him will be cancelled and their/his earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
13. If, any or all participant(s) misbehaves during the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place of auction, also his/their tender(s) will be removed from the place of auction and also his/their tender(s) will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
14. Any other person other than the tenderer or his authorized person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tenders/auction process.
15. This office will not in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles, once the tender in finalized. No claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
1. Sealed tenders superscribing as "Tender for purchase of Unserviceable Furniture Store Article" should reach the Principal, Arignar Anna Government Arts and Science College, Karaikal, on or before 30-10-2018 at 2.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m.in the presence of the tenderers, if any.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) while submitting the tender.
3. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after finalizing the tender.
4. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the amount in full immediately and remove the articles at his/her own cost.
6. The Principal, Arignar Anna Government Arts and Science College, Karaikal, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
7. Admissible 12% GST will be collected on the sale proceeds.
8. Only GST registered tenderers should participate in the auction.
9. The intending tenderers can inspect the items during working hours with the permission of the Principal.
10. No claim about quality, quantity of articles will be entertained.
11. In case of dispute if any, the decision of the Principal will be the final and binding all concerned.

3. All the intending bidders are compulsorily required to possess Digital Signature Certificate. A training class for the participating bidders shall be imparted at e-Procurement Cell at the Chief Secretariat, Puducherry, if needed.

10. After completion, the successful bidder should pay either ` 2,00,000 (Rupees two lakhs only) or 25% of the bid value whichever is high as Security Deposit. If, the highest bidder fail to pay the remaining amount within 2 working days, the earnest money deposit will liable to be forfeited. The highest bidder will also be required to clear/remove the materials within 48 hours at his own risk from the date of receipt of clearance order from the competent authority.
11. The successful bidder should pay the cost of the articles including applicable GST.
12. This Directorate will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles, once the tender is finalized. No claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
13. In case of any dispute arising from the said sale, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
