GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY to reach this Office on or before 30-11-2018 at 3.30 p.m. The received tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of those tenderers or their representatives who are present.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit along with the tender. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately, soon after the tender sale is over.
4. The old newspapers may be inspected during office hours on any working day.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time prescribed will summarily be rejected.
6. No claims on the quality and quantity of the articles, will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
7. The successful tenderer should remove the old newspaperss at his/her own cost within 24 hours of acceptance of his/her tender after remitting the total cost of old newspapers and GST thereon at the prevailing rules. The successful tenderer should make his/her own arrangement to weigh the old newspapers.
8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept/ reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
9. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.
