TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old condemned/damaged furniture, library books, lab articles, canteen vessels and sports articles of the following Schools, under the control of the Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry, on 5-12-2018.
(i) Government High School, Thirukkanur, Puducherry.
(ii) Government Middle School, Molapakkam, Puducherry.
2. Tenders in plain paper should be sealed and addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Directorate of School Education, Puducherry duly superscribing on t he e nv el o p e as "Te nd er f o r t he p ur ch as e o f old condemned/damaged furniture and other items" and sent to reach the undersigned on or before 5-12-2018 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers who are present. The rates for both Schools should be quoted in one cover.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after tender sale is over.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers may inspect the condemned articles during School hours on any working day with the prior permission of the concerned Headmasters in the abovesaid Schools without any disturbance to the students.
7. No claim on the quality and quantity of the articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

2. Tenders in plain paper should be sealed and addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Directorate of School Education, Puducherry duly superscribing on the envelope as "Condemned/Unserviceable furniture, and equipments of the Audio Visual Education of the Chief Educational Officer Office" and sent to reach the undersigned on or before 5- 12- 2 0 1 8 a t 10. 30 a. m . The tender will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers who are present.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after tender sale is over.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF PAPER AND BOARD ITEMS "e-Tenders" are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Director, Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry for centralized purchase of paper and board items for use in the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.
1. The tenderers for supply of paper and board items shall hold valid GST Registration Certificate.
2. Bidders should submit their tender online at the Government website http://pudutenders.gov.in .
3. The tender details and, terms and conditions may also be downloaded from the website http://www.py.gov.in and http://styandptg.py.gov.in for reference only. Tenders will be processed online only and hence, hardcopy submission of tenders will not be accepted.
4. The technical tender and other documents will be evaluated only on receipt of earnest money deposit in the form of Demand Draft. Demand Draft for earnest money deposit will be submitted in sealed Cover 'A' superscribed as earnest money deposit for supply of paper and board items and Mill samples in sealed Cover 'B' as specified in the tender document superscribed as "Sample paper and board items" which will be received up to 26-11-2018 at 12.00 noon in the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.
