I, Tenemojy, daughter of Sinouvassin and wife of Muthaiyan alias Sithanandham, aged 62 years and residing at the House bearing Door No. 46, Main Road, Chellan Nagar, Puducherry-605 011, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm to whomsoever it may concern, as follows:
(1) In page 814, para 3, line 9, instead of "with effect from 2nd October, 2018", the words "notionally with effect from 1-1-2016 and the monetary benefit with effect from 2nd October, 2018" shall be substituted.

(1) In page 781, para 1 (2) instead of "They shall come into force on and from the 2nd day of October, 2018", the line "They shall be deemed 205745
